Juneteenth

Happy Juneteenth!
Juneteenth is a holiday that celebrates the end of slavery in the United States. The name Juneteenth is a combination of the words June and nineteenth. The day is also called Emancipation Day and Freedom Day. Naturally, I celebrate Juneteenth every year with people in America.

This color image is showing a Black mother and daughter walking around the Emancipation Oak. I created the picture with others only in black and white in the coloring and activity book called "Black Deaf Lives Matter".

[Image Description: Pictures of People of Color hand signs finger-spelling "Juneteenth" above the same word. 2nd picture of a Black mother and daughter walking around a full-grown, large tree named Emancipation Oak. 3rd picture of the Black Deaf Lives Matter book laying on the 2nd picture. ]
